Taiwan based Technical giant – Asus has started seeding out the October 2020 Security patch update for the ZenFone 6 smartphones. The update bears the 17.1810.2010.179 Firmware version, and it’s currently limited only to Europe, Japan, India, etc.

What’s new?

The release note states that the update doesn’t come with any new features or significant changes. However, as it is a Security patch update, it might also include bug fixes, optimizations, and improvements. The release note/ changelog of the update is as follows.
