After all the company smartphones, the Asus ZenFone Max M2 devices have started experiencing the October 2020 Security patch update. The update bears the 16.2018.2010.76 Firmware version, and as of now, it is only rolling out for Japanese users.

What’s new/ Changed?

As per the release note/ changelog, the update adds the latest Security patch and a few improvements & changes. Reportedly, Asus has not added any new features to the device. So, this update is only meant to increase and enhance the smartphone’s security patch level & stability. For precise information, we have dropped the update changelog below.
