The BBK owned Oppo is rolling out updates to all the latest devices. Recently, Oppo K3, R17, and more devices have tasted the July 2020 Security Patch update. Oppo A12 becomes the latest device to join the list. The update for Oppo A12 is seeding out as the CPH2083_11_A.35 Firmware version. As of now, the update is limited to Indian users only. However, it doesn’t take much time to release in other markets as the update is already rolling out in India.

What’s new?

According to the release note, the update adds the latest Security Patch [July 2020] and it also brings a few enhancements to boost the stability and performance of the smartphone. Besides these, the company has not added any changes or features yet.

Similar to all the OTA updates, it is seeding out in phases, as a result, it takes a bit time to reach each and every unit. Nevertheless, you can check the update status manually by following the below steps.

How to update?
