The Chinese company – Xiaomi is frequently updating all its devices by sending software and Security Patch update. Recently, it rolled out updates for Mi A2 Lite, Mi 10 Lite, and many more smartphones. A couple of moments back, the company has reportedly released the August 2020 Security Patch update for Xiaomi Mi A3 devices.

The update is hitting all the devices as V11.0.20.0.QFQMIXM Firmware version. In size, it weighs around 35.55 MB and it is rolling out globally. According to the Changelog, it brings fixes for user-reported & known issues, optimizations, and improvements to increase smartphone stability. The company has not added any new features to the device.
As the update is spinning out in batches, it takes a few days to appear on all the units. However, you can check the status of the update manually by following the below steps.
